We had a great experience at Red Lobster! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. Everything was well prepared and full of flavor. A special thank you to Francine, our server — she was amazing! So friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude truly made our visit even better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars – Red Lobster NE Calgary My hubby and I had such an amazing Valentine’s Day experience at Red Lobster! From the moment we walked in, the staff were competent and welcoming. Our server Monica was so friendly and genuinely attentive. She made us feel taken care of the entire time by checking in at the perfect moments without ever being intrusive. The service was especially smooth because we had a reservation (highly recommend doing that ). Everything felt organized and stress-free. We were seated while the walk-in wait time was 2 hours! And the FOOD. We ordered the seafood boils drenched in their signature sauce and wow… absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, messy in the best way possible. It was one of those meals where you’re quiet for a second because it’s just that good. 10/10 would recommend…we’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Monica, for making our night so special!

I never liked Red Lobster because the food was always salty, and the quality and quantity didn’t match the price. HOWEVER, Valentine’s Day 2026 was different. I decided to give it another chance since my mom wanted to eat lobster, and wooow… I was blown away. I’m not sure what changed, but the food was a complete 180° turn. I would honestly say it’s worth dining here now. I hope Red Lobster keeps their quality and excellent customer service for good. We sincerely had a great time. I also want to give a shoutout to our server, Mikayla. She was sincere and kind. I could tell she genuinely cares about her customers—thank you. Her vibe was real and warm, not forced. My family truly had a great time. I will definitely be back. Please keep the food and service this way. Cheers!!
My husband and I went at an off time for a meal and it was amazing. The last time we came out was okay, but this time? It felt like the first time, in a long time that I haven't had a meal I really enjoyed. There is a first time for everything and this time I got to try two different lobsters! The waitress was an absolute sweetheart. She was so kind, warm and personable. When I spoke to her, it felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. I ordered two different lobster, rice, beans, and I paid extra for their delicious coleslaw.
It was our first time trying Red Lobster, and it honestly made a great impression! There was a small mix up with our order, but the manager, Ikram Nour, handled it so professionally he made sure we got the correct order and even gave us 20% off coupons. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We definitely recommend it for a lifetime experience!
